Return an item you bought on Ikonic Saddlery
If you have ordered a product on Ikonic Saddlery and it does not suit you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. The customer shall bear the shipping costs and the money will be paid back within 15 days after receiving your return.
The item should be returned in its original packaging with the label. We can not guarantee a refund for incomplete, altered, damaged or soiled returned product.
How to do it?
Log in on the websitesite, click on My Account in the horizontal menu and then select My Orders.
Select the order and click on the button to see the details. In the right corner, just press Ask a return button. The text box allows you to specify the reasons for the return accurately. You can also upload a picture if the product is damaged and you want to show us.
Our customer service will then get in touch with you in order to deliver a return form, that must be put with the article in a carefully sealed package (you can reuse the one you've received from us). This form will indicates all the useful information to finalize return process.
Replace an article
Ikonic Saddlery allows you to return an item whose size does not suit you or your horse. However, it is necessary that the new size stands for the same item ordered in the beginning (same color, same buckles...). He is to be found of course in the same state as when it has been delivered.
The procedure is the same as for the return: choose the order for which you want to exchange an item. Click to ask a return and select the product. Fill in the text box to tell us what new size you need.
Our customer service will send you a return slip which is to been provided with all the useful data in a well sealed package. We will send you the new size free of charge (once per order) as soon as possible, depending on the stock availability.
