DEV03X - Evolution X-Pro Dressage Double Flap Velcro Blocks Saddle

The DEV03 X-Pro builds on the DEV03 by integrating targeted enhancements in comfort and construction.

Its pre-shaped kneepad, incorporating the adjustable Velcro block (BLO002), delivers an immediate feeling of correct positioning and natural contact from the very first ride.

The seat features optimised foam for a softer initial feel and lasting support, while the revised, deeply nourished lining leather naturally follows the rider’s movement and enhances closeness.

The panels, now fully wool-flocked, ensure progressive adaptation to the horse’s back, even pressure distribution and particularly comfortable contact, while remaining adjustable over time. They also feature a removable panel extension (ref. DEV03X-PB), allowing support and balance to be refined as needed. The saddle is supplied as standard with the standard size.

Care instructions

 FIRST USE

Before riding for the first time, apply a generous coat of leather oil to nourish and protect the hide.

 OILING

Oil once or twice a year depending on use. Too much weakens the structure — too little leads to premature drying.

 AFTER EACH RIDE

Clean with glycerine soap after every use to preserve the suppleness and extend the life of your saddle.

Yes. Saddle trials are organized through authorized IKONIC dealers and fitters.

IKONIC saddles include a 5-year warranty on the saddle tree and a 2-year warranty on leather and stitching. Coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects (not normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or improper maintenance).

Clean the leather regularly after use to preserve its quality. Store the saddle in a dry environment, away from excessive heat or humidity, on an appropriate saddle rack. For wool-flocked saddles, schedule regular fit evaluations with an authorized fitter.

Please contact the dealer through whom you placed your order. They have direct access to your order status and tracking details through their dealer dashboard.

The gullet can be changed yourself using the Allen key supplied with the saddle. However, we recommend having an authorized saddle fitter handle the adjustment, both for the gullet and for the wool flocking in the panels, to ensure a correct fit for your horse.
