What is the delivery time?

Production and delivery to your dealer takes 7 to 8 weeks, as each saddle is custom-made for you and your horse. Your dealer keeps you informed with real-time order tracking.

Can my saddle be serviced or reflocked?

Yes. We recommend regular fit evaluations by an authorized IKONIC fitter to keep the flocking balanced, ensure your horse's comfort, and extend the life of your saddle.
