The Ikonic Light DHY03 Dressage Monoflap Saddle is the perfect entry point into the Ikonic range, combining essential technical features with a practical and durable hybrid construction.

Its soft and balanced seat provides immediate comfort, while the pre-shaped external knee block supports the leg and encourages a natural, stable riding position.

Inspired by the design principles of the DEV08, the saddle features wide foam and wool flocked panels for optimal pressure distribution and good adaptability to a wide variety of horses.

The advanced girthing system, including V-girthing and multiple billet positions, ensures stability and precise adjustment to different horse conformations.

With its leather and synthetic hybrid construction, the DHY03 remains easy to maintain while offering the comfort and performance expected from Ikonic.

Care instructions

 FIRST USE

Before riding for the first time, apply a generous coat of leather oil to nourish and protect the hide.

 OILING

Oil once or twice a year depending on use. Too much weakens the structure — too little leads to premature drying.

 AFTER EACH RIDE

Clean with glycerine soap after every use to preserve the suppleness and extend the life of your saddle.

Yes. Saddle trials are organized through authorized IKONIC dealers and fitters.

IKONIC saddles include a 5-year warranty on the saddle tree and a 2-year warranty on leather and stitching. Coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects (not normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or improper maintenance).

Clean the leather regularly after use to preserve its quality. Store the saddle in a dry environment, away from excessive heat or humidity, on an appropriate saddle rack. For wool-flocked saddles, schedule regular fit evaluations with an authorized fitter.

Please contact the dealer through whom you placed your order. They have direct access to your order status and tracking details through their dealer dashboard.

The gullet can be changed yourself using the Allen key supplied with the saddle. However, we recommend having an authorized saddle fitter handle the adjustment, both for the gullet and for the wool flocking in the panels, to ensure a correct fit for your horse.
