The Ikonic AEV02 Evolution is a versatile all-purpose saddle featuring a deeper, more supportive seat for riders seeking greater stability and guidance. More oriented toward flatwork while remaining polyvalent, it promotes a secure, balanced position without restricting movement.

High-quality memory foam ensures ergonomic comfort, while high-tech panels combining wool and natural latex foam are flockable for precise fitting and optimal pressure distribution.

Integrated underflap panels enhance contact and stability, supported by a 3-strap girthing system. An optional 4th front strap (STRAP02-CLA) allows even finer adjustment.

With interchangeable gullet, wide tree opening at the withers, multiple flap options, and customizable colors, the AEV02 adapts to every rider–horse combination.

Care instructions

 FIRST USE

Before riding for the first time, apply a generous coat of leather oil to nourish and protect the hide.

 OILING

Oil once or twice a year depending on use. Too much weakens the structure — too little leads to premature drying.

 AFTER EACH RIDE

Clean with glycerine soap after every use to preserve the suppleness and extend the life of your saddle.

Yes. Saddle trials are organized through authorized IKONIC dealers and fitters.

Request a Saddle Trial

IKONIC saddles include a 5-year warranty on the saddle tree and a 2-year warranty on leather and stitching. Coverage applies exclusively to manufacturing defects (not normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or improper maintenance).

Clean the leather regularly after use to preserve its quality. Store the saddle in a dry environment, away from excessive heat or humidity, on an appropriate saddle rack. For wool-flocked saddles, schedule regular fit evaluations with an authorized fitter.

Please contact the dealer through whom you placed your order. They have direct access to your order status and tracking details through their dealer dashboard.

The gullet can be changed yourself using the Allen key supplied with the saddle. However, we recommend having an authorized saddle fitter handle the adjustment, both for the gullet and for the wool flocking in the panels, to ensure a correct fit for your horse.
